To return any stock item(s) please fill in the returns form you received with your parcel and include with the returned items, we cannot process any returns which do not include this form.
If you wish to return faulty stock item(s) please notify your account manager directly or email us at sales@stellalondon.com quoting your order number, your name, business name, product code(s) as well as your reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If you wish to return stock item(s) for any other reason please notify your account manager directly or email us at sales@stellalondon.com quoting your order number, your name, business name, product code(s) as well as your reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the goods.
All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging with the returns form enclosed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties and are not liable for the for the return postage costs. Please ensure you obtain a receipt and retain it for your reference as proof of postage.
Once the items are received by us, your refund will be credited via the same method the original payment was made. Return and refund process can take up to 20 working days from the day you post the parcel.
We will not be able to refund your order without a completed returns form provided enclosed in your parcel.
If you have received a pack with the incorrect ratio please note we will require the whole pack to be returned to us.
Please note customers must arrange the return of the stock item(s) at their own cost.
We reserve the right to deduct an admin fee of up to 20% on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault.
Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment.
You will receive an email notification for refund, only after the parcel has been received and processed.
